Carleen Nursing Home is a private nursing home situated near to Portchester shopping centre and is on the main bus route to Portchester and Fareham. The home is situated in large grounds and has ample car parking facilities at the front of the Home.
The manager is Suman Mathew who has over 15 years experience in the care sector.
The nursing home has two floors, ground and first floor, and a passenger lift is available to the first floor. There are now two shared bedrooms and thirty-three single rooms, with their own en-suite toilet. Our most recent extensions provide ground floor bedrooms with please views into the garden.
The communal areas comprise of two lounges and a separate dining room. There is a hairdressing room on the ground floor. In addition to rooms with ensuites there are two additional adapted shower rooms and three assistant bathrooms.
Carleen has two staff dedicated activities coordinators. The coordinators arrange activities daily for residents, for visiting entertainers, special occasions, parties and outings.
