Merlin Park Care Home is a private Care Home situated near to the sea and local beauty spots in Alverstoke, Gosport. The home has an attractive secure garden and has car parking space at the front of the house.
The manager Lisa Gasgoine has worked for Numada Healthcare for over 10 years. She initially gained experience as a carer at Bury Lodge Nursing Home where she was promoted to Senior Carer Assistant. She then moved to Merlin Park as the Deputy Manager and has been with Merlin Park nearly five years.

Merlin Park was acquired by Numada Healthcare in November 2005. Since then the home has been totally refurbished and redecorated. An extension has provided a new laundry, manager’s office and staff rooms.
The Care Home has two floors, ground and first floor, and a passenger lift is available to the first floor. There are three shared bedrooms and nineteen single bedrooms, all bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities.
The communal areas comprise of an open plan lounge/dining room and a separate quiet lounge and a hairdressing room. There are two communal shower rooms and an assisted bathroom.
The home has its own dedicated activities coordinator arranging daily activities and weekly outings for residents. Recently residents have been to the Submarine Museum and to the beach for afternoon tea. Alongside these activities we have regularly outside entertainers visit the home.
